The Toyota GT 86 has only been on the market for a few months, but that hasn't stopped Japanese drifter Max Orido from replacing the 2.0-liter boxer engine with something a little more potent.

His engine of choice? The 5.0-liter V8 from a Lexus IS-F. There's no word on whether or not it has been tuned, but the standard engine produces 423 PS (311 kW / 417 hp) and 505 Nm (372 lb-ft) of torque which is 223 PS (164 kW / 220 PS) and 300 Nm (221 lb-ft) more than the original four-cylinder.

The results speak for themselves as the car roars around a track with plenty of tail-wagging action.
